FIRST stands for Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology. It consists of three robotics programs, through which they inspire the next generation of students.
Students ages 4-14 gain real world knowledge through LEGO robot competitions and fun innovation projects.
Students ages 6-12th grade learn to be engineers. They design and code robots, cooperate with alliance partners, and learn marketing skills through outreach.
Huge groups of high school students set up fundraisers to pay for and build industrial sized robots in a highly complex game.
